A local software company, Deighton (www.deighton.com), is coming to UOIT to recruit for summer internship. They will be giving a seminar on the technology of Deighton's asset management system. If you are interested, please attend. Pizza and Drinks will be served courtesy of Deighton.

Dear Students,
Dr. Simon Haykin’s Guest Lecture:
IEEE Student Branch @ University of Ontario Institute of Technology is proud to present Dr. Simon Haykin as our distinguished guest speaker of the semester. Dr. Haykin is a professor of Electrical Engineering at McMaster University, and will be speaking about Dynamic Cognitive Systems. During the presentation, he will be addressing topics such as the evolution of Statistical Signal Processing and Adaptive Signal Processing in the second half of the twentieth century, and the emergence of Cognitive Dynamic Systems.
The event is scheduled for November 29th, 2007 from 3:30 P.M to 5:00 P.M @ Science Building, Room UA1240. Food will be served. |
